We Offer reasonable returns. If you have a problem, please contact us first by email or phone and we will resolve the issue.Computer and laptop accessories: We offer replacement for all computer accessories and parts both new and used. If these items are defective notify us by email for replacement. All items we sell carry our identification. In order to receive the warranty replacement, First send us an email and get authorization and follow instructions to return, then you must return the product you purchased from us along with the copy of receipt and the defective product. Without the copy of receipt we do not honor replacement.If the transaction date is beyond 9 months a prorated discount would be applied for the replacement.Reshipping charges of $10.00 required for transactions above 6 months and nominal shipping charges for trnsactions below 6 months.Laptops and Computers: we accept 14 day return. We take outmost care on laptops. We ship them with Full insurance. If the item is DOA, you must call us and report the issue within 7 days of purchase. You obtain return authorization by email and send the item back for replacement only. If you return the item just because you do not like it, we loose money on processing order, shipping, retesting product. so, we charge a reasonable 15% restocking fee. New items must be returned in the same original condition we sent with all accessories and make sure use another box to return. so that original product is not damaged.Used and Refurbished Items: We test every item listed. If you have problem with your product First contact customer service below. We offer replacement only for defective units. All items we sell carry our markings and stamp.
Defective items can be replaced within 30days. If the item is found defective we will replace with equal item. First you must notify us the deceive item by email. We only accept returns with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You must email or call us and obtain the RMA #. Without a RMA number we do not accept returns. We make every possible attempt to resolve the problem, If we unable to resolve your problem we issue RMA # and refund your money including shipping and handling . If you are returning the item and do not want replacement or other reasons we we Charge a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You must return the merchandise with all accessories with proper packing and it is your responsibility to return the item in same condition we sent.
If the items you received were damaged during shipping please notify us within 2 business days by email and we will take necessary action to file claims. If the item you returned is not defective we Charge a 20% restocking fee. If the same item not available then we will issue complete refund including Shipping and handling. We verify all returned merchandise
Returns on Phone Unlock Chips: These are very sensive electronic parts, We do not accept returns for these items. Because there is so many models and possible compatibility issues, we can offer replacement of same product. We must receive the cihps in the same original condition as we sent. we reserve the right to reject the return if the chip is damaged. We accept replacement within 7days from the date of receipt.
Returns on Unlocked phones: Cell phones we sell are unlocked and it is possible that some features may not be compatible with your network service provider. You understand that you can not just return the phones just because some features are not working, if you return we must charge you 25% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 7days. Item must be in resalable new condition with all accessories to be eligible for return. No returns accepted without prior Authorization.
